She basically finished it last night, it’s not due until Monday. I guess sometimes kids do listen to their parents.
She was a bit sad that her teacher was going to keep her project. (so they won’t sell it to next year’s kids) She said she wanted to keep it because she had worked so hard on it. I offered to bring it to work and make a copy before she turned it in.
I is a proud mama!

Way to go Proud Mama ! Its always heartwarming to hear a ‘good kid’ story.
Chris’s last blog post..C.O.H. 2
It sounds like she took it seriously and did a great job on it – congrats to both of you!!
And another congrats for naming the correct song with my Rockin’ With Frigga. We’ll be playing all day tomorrow, as with most Fridays – care to come back by and try another song?

What a great accomplishment for her. I bet she’s very proud of herself. I’d be a braggin’ mama too!
I see you named the first song over at frigga’s. WooHoo!! I wait patiently for a song I know…it doesn’t happen often. But I love her….she’s so sweet.

Chris, thank you! She wasn’t always this geed. We used to fight about her school a lot. But her boyfriend (who she’s been with almost a year) has really been an inspiration to her grades.
Frigga, YAY! I like the Ramones! I’ll be back by soon.
Jenn, thank you! I can’t wait to see how she did on it.
Thanks for telling me about Frigga. This looks like it’s gonna be fun.
