I do not know how I do it. One week I can lose 2-3 pounds then within just a few days I gain it back plus some. I am really discouraged. I know I am not sticking to my plan every day, but it is really hard. They have food in the break room here and then at home my family isn’t trying to lose weight. Just me. I need to learn to stick to my guns! But I love food. I can’t help myself sometimes. Ever since I quit smoking about three or four years ago my weight has been out of control and it really gets to me.

Today’s goals: EAT breakfast BEFORE getting too hungry. EAT the lunch I have in the kitchen and not fast food. DRINK the 64 oz of water WITH ice.

If I can do those three things today I will have done something. Wish me luck!

    Stay strong!! The only water I can drink is Propel. I love the black cherry, berry, and strawberry kiwi.

    Thank you for the encourgement! I drink crystal light or a generic form. I like propel, but it costs more and has more calories. I don’t really like ice in my drinks, but I am going to start using it since my body will burn calories heating it up to body temperature.

    Those 3 are very key to any successful diet. Eating a healthy breakfast will make eating healthy all day easier, and we like diets that are easier!!

    Good Luck!!! If you had the will power to quit smoking you definitely have the will power to get you a smoking hot body!!! ;-)
