It was kind of weird seeing the house so empty. Still it is for the best that it be sold. It isn’t doing anyone any good empty.

Getting new furniture, even if is is a tad used, is always fun. My 12 year old boy wants a recliner so bad! We have no room for one, so he is stuck on the Papasan chair. However, we are planning another trip to IKEA this weekend just to look around!
Chris’s last blog post..sleep
at least the boy knows what he wants!
All my living room furniture came from my Grandmas… If I had more room I would’ve taken more of it too.
Happy Thursday!!

Oh, and those chairs are sooooo comfortable too. I’m glad the house sold, but I know that it is still sad at the same time.
On a different note…new/new-to-you furniture is always great! I don’t think Hubby and I had “real new” furniture until about 3 or 4 years into our marriage and then it was only a couch and a mattress, because the ones we had weren’t going to make it another move.
Happy Thursday to you!!!

Congrats on the newer furniture. Can never have too much!
Annie’s last blog post..Getaway Recap
Frigga, they tried to give us more, but we just don’t have the room!
Grace, we got Nana’s chair, the one everyone fought over all the time.
we just got our first new furniture when we bought the house, but our kids are half grown and much less likely to stain it or tear it. Whew!
Annie, when we bought the house last August we didn’t think we could fill it. Now just seven months later we are out of room again!
