I should not have stepped on the scale this morning. I am back up to 166. I am really upset about it. Not because I have been trying and still gaining it back, but because I am not trying. I can’t stay motivated. I can’t seem to stay motivated about anything recently.  I guess it is a good thing I am off to see my new new therapist this afternoon. Sometimes I think I have ADD as well as BPD.

    My weight has gone back up too.. the 6 pounds I lost have come back. Ugh! Why is chocolate so good! I am too addicted to it.

    I was chicken to step on the scale today too. And I didnt! I am such a wimp. But I too, have no motivation these days. The food just calls to me..eat me, eat me……I know when summer comes, I will not be able to fit in my shorts ! So hang in there…..hopefully this too will pass XO

    Chris, we can do this! I stepped on the scale again today and somehow I lost four pounds since yesterday!!
