I really do not have a whole lot to write about today. Life is settling at home and at work. I did read somewhere that we may be able to get our “economic stimulus” payment by mid-May. I told my husband that he could use most of it to buy the air tools he has been wanting. It’s only fair since we spent so much on my Lasik a few years ago.

I did hear on the radio this morning that if you aren’t getting enough sleep that it could be contributing to your weight gain. Weird. I know I do not get enough sleep so maybe I should start going to bed earlier. It surely can’t hurt!

You know I hear that all the time but for me going to bed early isn’t going to help met get more sleep when I can’t STAY asleep.

Reference what you heard on the radio – I found a great benefit in going to bed early. While I am there I don’t eat, and that does help me to stop picking at food late at night…

Dave, that is a point the radio made as well. I think I may give it a try.

I couldn’t have sleep apnea though. I don’t snore and I’m not overweight. I’ve never been able to sleep at night even when I was a kid. I think I’m just doomed lol
