Change: 3 pounds gained
Over all change: 19.5 pounds
To go: 28 pounds
In my defence I had a family reunion this last weekend AND I started my cycle which always throws off my weigh ins. Hopefully the water weight will fall off this next week. Also I am going to go back to taking the stairs again. It’s only three floors.

I’m leaving a comment here first this week so I don’t miss you again. I also gain sometimes up to 5 lbs when it’s that time of the month. It’s all water. Next week you will have a loss.

Don’t be so hard on yourself! It’s normal to bounce around a little bit.
The thing that helps me SO much is Leslie Sansone’s walk aerobics DVD. It takes about 1/2 hour to do the two mile walk, but it works every part of your body with no (or very, very low) impact. It gives me so much energy and helped me to lose the 5# this week.

If you drink even more water you will retain even more weight and then when it all goes away in a few days, you will be so happy that you lost so much weight, heeheehee. (as I sit here eating a donut, ugh)

Tips? I say park at the back of all parking lots. When going to the store, if you’re not getting a whole lot, carry a basket rather than push a cart, and well my fear of gravity always has me taking the stairs instead of the elevators. Oh, maybe reorganizing your home to make things LESS convinient to get to. That helps add the number of steps you take in a day

Strangely enough the only “diet” I ever did where I actually DROPPED weight right around “that time” was the Scarsdale Diet. It was so odd, but also served as a good tip off that it was coming LOL!

there will always be fluctuations…i’ve been going up and down all week due to swelling. but i get swelling off/on due to thyroid. even though i had surgery to reduce that time of the month, i STILL get the ol’ pms symptoms and weight gain, too…grrr LOL but i’ve seen you lose that weight very quickly, so i KNOW next week will be better.
