Taking it of Together Tuesday #9 – updated

You all saw it coming…you all told me so. I lost 5.5 pounds this last week!! While I know a lot of it was water weight from my cycle it is still a relief. A few of you ladies have not reported in yet, so send me your numbers so I can update the list!

Also, I want to tell you all how proud I am of how well we are all doing. I have YET to post a week where there was an over all gain.

    wow, you’re doing great. i want to lose 5 lbs at a time. hehe :) sorry about the late report…but i lost a bit of weight (.6)not bad, but not good LOL
