That’s right! I lost nearly four pounds this week! And yes, you were all right my PMS water weight was a culprit, but still! It won’t be too long before I can fit into the pants I bought myself over Christmas. Even though I seem to be coming down with a cold, I feel stronger. I can even do push ups now. WOOT! I am so excited to see real results with this program.

    Congrats! You reached your mini-goal of 150, that is so neat! ! You should be so proud. I hope you dont catch that cold tho; sleep more. and Congrats again, that is just so totally cool !

    Chris, I guess I did reach a mini, goal…almost. Today I went back up some, but I know it will be back down soon. I just need to get back to drinking water. I do great while drinking it, start losing, then quit drinking it…donno why!

    While getting enough sleep and drinking more water, don’t forget to take time for the happy dance! You’ve certainly earned the right to do it! A 3.7 pound loss is awesome. Oh, congrats on being able to do pushups now, too!

    How in the world did you lose that much weight? We are pretty much at the same weight & I can’t even take off 1 whole pound in a week! Good Job!!

    w00t! you totally kicked butt this week. keep it up. wish i could do a standard push up, but i’m still doing ‘girly’ push ups lol i did manage to stay up in a plank for 30 seconds on the wii fit today. gosh that hurts your stomach lol
