Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince was a good movie if you ask me. I tried watching it again last night, but I was so tired I was out cold by seven and slept through to morning, but I digress. Yeah, I know it doesn’t follow the book directly and I know it left a lot out and I know there are differences between the movie and the book. That’s becuase it’s a MOVIE not the BOOK. There is a limit on how much time there is for the movie. If they put in every single detail we’d be watching a 6 hour movie. They did what they could with what they had. J. K. Rowling had her hand in it as well. As long as it has HER stamp of approval then I’m happy with it. I had originally intended on reading the book before the movie came out, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’d have spent the whole time trying to pick the movie apart rather than enjoying the movie. So, it’s for this same reason that I am not going to read Deathly Hallows before it comes out. Maybe once all of the movies are out I will go back and reread the whole series.

I did like the Movie too. I thought it was pretty good. I read the book Deathly Hollow, and there is a lot of stuff that that can, and I hope, they will cut out. It kinda goes on forever. but the end is good! I am looking forward to part 1 in November. XO

Chris, I have read all the books. I read Deathly Hallows the day it came out…read all night through. I agree, it does drag a bit. I just don’t want to read it again and then remember everything to be upset about what they left out. You know?
